start the day off right

almond energy shake

1 cup fat free, reduced sugar vanilla soy milk (i could only find fat free, regular)
3/4 cup plain fat free yogurt (to make up not having vanilla soy, i use fat free vanilla yogurt)
6 oz of light silken firm tofu
3/4 cup of dry roasted almonds

blend for one minute. enjoy the benefits of yumminess all morning long.

this has been a SBD lifesaver – i didn’t think i could eat one more day of eggs for the life of me. this shake is absolutely delicious and it is a phase one recipe, yay!

my tofu debut has been a total sucess!
