delishplan week 14

We have a funny week this week, and I think I’ll just plan 3 meals, and change things up as needed. I didn’t do a plan last week and dinner was a bit of a gong show, plus we did not buy any groceries last week. So it’s now Saturday and we have like, zero food in the house, and we have guests (of course, right? When do we not have guests?). Nobody will be home for dinner tonight as everyone is going their separate ways, and I think Kevin and I will have a much needed date night, using a gift card to Moxie’s that was just given to us. So let us begin with Sunday lunch, which normally I would not plan, but things are different when there are other people here.

Sunday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and veggies

Monday: Penne with Shrimp, Feta and Spring Vegetables from Martha Stewart’s Everyday Cooking

Tuesday: Jamie Olivers Sweet and Sour Pork

Wednesday: I’m going out for dinner with some girlfriends, so I’ll assume this would be a good night for the boys to go out as well.

Thursday: Chicken Tortilla Casserole

Friday: Leftovers or go out…or one of the meals I didn’t make this week!
